Hi, this summer, my friend and I are planning to go to California. We're going to need a hotel room, and I'm under the impression that we CAN rent it. Previously, I had read that hotels have to ';admit all persons who seek accommodations';. Is this true? Just looking for verification.
Thanks! Can two sixteen year olds rent a hotel room in California?
Lord, I hope you and your friend are going to Cali with your parents permission. Things have changed. My parents would never had allowed me to go out on my own with another 16 year old. Good luck and please watch your backs. Can two sixteen year olds rent a hotel room in California?
I think you need to be 18, so maybe you could have a parent do the booking. :)
The minimum age to rent a hotel room is 18; this is because this is the minimum age to be able to enter into a legal contract.
You will need a adult to do that.
You have to be atleast 18 to rent a nice, safe hotel room and have a credit card, too.
Someplaces let you rent with cash, but you probably wouldn't want to stay there very long.
