I need to book a flight and hotel for my 17 year old friend. She doesn't have a license or passport so is she going to have problems at the airport if I can find a place to book her?Where can I book a flight and hotel for a minor?
There are established procedures for those who have no acceptable photo ID to show the TSA to pass thru security. However, do know that some hotels have a policy that all requires all guests to be at least 18 years of age or be accompanied by a person who is at least 18 years of age. Before you book any hotel, I would be sure that they will accept a ';under 18'; person staying in their hotel alone.

Hotel...that's going to be a problem. Since you do not say which city.......find a HOSTEL instead. They will take teenagers.
