I just want to know what events in the film show that the genocide of the people was not spontaneous and that it was an organized event.What clues or events in the movie Hotel Rwanda suggest that the slaughter was not spontaneous?
Well I don't remember the film very well. But at some stage in the film we see a whole shipment of machetes being delivered.


We see from the behavior of the government officials that something is in the air.


There is also all the propaganda through the radio, and the UN soldiers being turned out.
