We are wanting to go to Hawaii next year in February for our honeymoon and would love some suggestions on which area/island is nicest to stay on and hotels?
We will be flying into Honolulu.
Thanks =)Can anyone reccomend a nice area and hotel in Hawaii for a two week honeymoon?
Now, I stayed at the Pacific Beach Hotel on Oahu. It is right across the street from Waikiki Beach down the quieter towards Diamond Head.
You can get either a kingsized bed, or two double beds in your room.
Stay in the Oceanarium Tower, at least the 12th floor or higher.
On the 22nd floor (view of Diamond Head), in room 2266 I believe, there is a kingsized bed, and a great view of Diamond Head. Very romantic on the lanai. The higher up you go, the less sound of traffic. If you get a city view room, you will hear the traffic alot more.
There is transportation available to you, either rent a vehicle, or buy an Adventures The Bus pass at any ABC store. These passes will take you for four consecutive days around the island! Can anyone reccomend a nice area and hotel in Hawaii for a two week honeymoon?
maui at the hyett regency. beutiful
I went to Maui late last year. First time to Hawaii and I loved it!
You can search for some hotel prices here http://www.theprotraveller.com
Kona any questions just ask
If you want romantic get out of Honolulu! Go to a smaller Islamd or better yet go to some small carribean island that you will always remember. Or else, 10 years from now you will be saying why did we go to Hawaii on our honeymoon like everyone else does?
kaua'i is beautiful, and lana'i is pretty much the honeymoon island, but if you want to stay on oahu, stay at the kahal hotel, it's near enough to waikiki so you can go out and do the tourist thing, but far enough away so that you're not right in the middle of the city. but if you really want to get away from ';city life';, rent a beach house on the north shore.
