What are the most affordable suites hotel in Las Vegas strip?

I'm thinking of going to Vegas in end of July or early August.

I stayed at the Venetian last year and liked it, but want to stay somewhere else this time.

I want something in the 500 -700 square feet room with two beds.

What are the best available for the price? What are the most affordable suites hotel in Las Vegas strip?
Take a look at the Rio. I've stayed there several times and enjoyed it quite a bit. What are the most affordable suites hotel in Las Vegas strip?
To get a deal, you will have to walk 2 blocks from the strip to Marriott's Grand Chateau. This is an apartment style hotel with all the amenities you will need. Separate living area, kitchen and room space for up to 5 people.

Another option will be Las Vegas Marriott Suites separate living area with a sofa bed, wet bar, and a mini refrigerator. Also 2 blocks from the strip

We just got back from vegas, and I Pricelined a room for $35 a night (over a weekend!) at Royal Resorts - it is a timeshare location on Convention Center Drive half block off strip, near the Wynn.

The room was relatively large, with a king and queen beds. No kitchen, but did have a microwave and large sized mini-fridge with freezer.

Most of the lower priced high-quality suite style rooms will be slightly off-strip. You'll pay a premium for larger room sizes on strip.
If you want a nice hotel like The Venetian try Wynn or encore check out at wynnlasvegas.com if you book a room around June the price for what they called a resort king room or resort suite king is around $175-$191.If that is not what you want to pay check out Mandalaybay, which is a bit further down but not far from strip. The Mandalay rate is around $89 to $100 a night around June.

Enjoy your trip
Go to smartervegas.com for the best deals. At the end of july start of august you can get rooms at bellagio for 229 on the weekend and 129 during the week. Mandalay bay is 190 on the weekend and 80 during the week and places like the mirage and mgm are like $60 a night during the week. Best prices for sure.
The best deals on nice big suites are almost always at the 4 operating condotels, but most of the units are usually one bed only:

Yeah perhaps RIO..

Even their standard rooms are like 600 sqaure feet. And I have seen deals as low as 69/night.

The Luxor has Jacuzzi suites that are affordable, but to be honest they kinda stink.
I stayed at the Mandalay Bay in a suite. It was great! Here's a review of it.
