I am planning one of these weekends to fly out to CA to see a friend of mine who is in the Marines. I was just wondering if it would be cheaper to book together or not? Btw, I would be flying from Detroit or Flint, MI to Palm Springs, CA.Is it cheaper to book a flight %26amp; hotel together or separate?
Sometimes yes but usually no. You really need to check both ways.
I also suggest you look at arriving at Ontario airport in Calif (ONT). It is about 60 miles from Palm Springs and is usually cheaper than going directly into PSP. You might find the savings make up for the extra driving.
