What hotel do you recommend in downtown San Antonio?

I'm looking for something from walking distance to the riverwalk, good price, but decent. What hotel do you recommend in downtown San Antonio?
During my last trip I came across a website called

It has quite a large variety of hotels. You might wanna give it a try. What hotel do you recommend in downtown San Antonio?
You have the Hyatt Regency and the Holiday Inn-Riverwalk. Also the Crockett Hotel, the Menger Hotel, and the Saint Anthony.
The Marriot is on the Riverwalk and gorgeous, but runs about $200-350 a night. Make sure to make reservations if you are in SA for some festival or holiday.
If you are on a budget the only place to stay is the Historic O'Brien Hotel

The Westin is probably the nicest -- but pricey...

But, you can do a quote and sort the results based on distance from the Riverwalk, and be able to view the prices for each place -- head to http://www.resideo.com/us/texas/sananton鈥?/a> and click the ';Check Availability'; button. Choose your dates, submit the form, then choose ';Riverwalk San Antonio'; from the distance dropdown.

Looks like there's a Days Inn that's close and decent priced...

Hope that helps!

I visited San Antonio last summer on a work related trip but was able to enjoy a lot of the downtown area. Its a very nice area and the Riverwalk is amazing! I stayed at the Marriot River Center I believe. Its a high rise hotel with doors leading right out to the riverwalk and with balconys overlooking the riverwalk. However, it was expensive. About 200-300 a night. But I would highly recomend it.
And TripAdvisor.com is a good place to get feedback from past guests on hotels you're interested in.
