We always know about hotel. 1 star hotel, 2 star hotel, 3 star hotel and above.





But how to determine star to hotel?





1 star hotel? What is the criteria?

The higher the star rating the better the hotel...however, a four star rating (the best) doesn't always mean the same thing. Depends on the country. The criteria is different for every country. A four star rating in say the U.S. could be a luxury hotel with all the amenities but a four star say in Mexico (just an example) could be it is just a basic room.
