What hotel or company would sponsors educated foreigners who want to live in the U.S?

My best friend that lives in the Philippines needs a hotel/company to sponsor her so she can get a working visa from the U.S embassy in the Philippines and move here to the U.S. She has a B.A in Hospitality. She wants to know if I can help her find someone to sponsor her. Does anybody know a website I can go to so I can find more information?
