What characteristics/amenities do you look for when you spend the night at a hotel?

Hotel rooms come in many different shapes and sizes and each hotel has many different ammenities. Some hotels offer complementary breakfast while other hotels offer HBO and Cable Television.

Definately must be name brand. There must be no roaches and no cigarette smells.
clean, comfy beds w/ nice linens, nice towels, a good location- close to whatever i am travelling to see, room service, hair dryer.





a pool and mini bar are pluses.





i also like turn down service and breakfast
Computer rooms for free internet use. Nice lobbies and sitting areas where I can relax. More than one jacuzzi in case there's a lot of people there. Breakfast buffets. Made to order omelettes. Fresh squeezed orange juice. Big bathtubs.
