I need to add one more person to the reservation, for total it has the original price in the first place, but I don't have to pay it again do I?

sometimes the room charge is increased if there are more staying there. The most they would do is charge you for the difference, in example 2 people changed to 3 people.
First off, if you had to pay to make a reservation call the manager.......quick. They should not charge you anything untill you check out ( unless you are a no show, then they charge you). Yes, if you added another person the room should increase in price.
No, they will just be making more money
